Poor indoor air quality is mostly caused by substandard ventilation and lack of cleaning of the air duct. Regular cleaning and sterilisation for the air-conditioning and ventilation system can effectively improve the air quality.
Cleaning Methods:
The AC unit, the ducts and vents of AC must be cleaned regularly in addition to mist germicidal treatment for reducing air pollutants and killing germs and virus.
The standard cleaning is carried out as follow:
(1) Check if the a/c unit can operate normally
(2) Clean all parts of the a/c unit with air conditioning cleaner and high-pressure water jet
(3) Apply disinfectant spray for final sterilisation
Monthly/Quarterly Cleaning of Air Filters
If the filters inside air conditioners are filthy, the air could not be directed accurately to the interior of the air conditioner and thence, leading to the inability to produce cool air. And, where the filter is covered in dust, the air-conditioner is suggested to be unclean, and shall be cleaned thoroughly by specialist before and after every Summer.
Solutions:
We will assign designated technicians to change and clean the air filter regularly, and remove the dust, dust mite and bacteria on its surface.
Regular/Urgent Inspection and Maintenance
On-site inspection for air-conditioning system, either regularly or subject to your needs, could be arranged with our technicians to provide you a proper and effective solution.
